Metamorphosis

We are made of rocks and stars.
To recharge I have to remind myself I am made of all the particles of the universe and star dust.

I took this image at the start of a very long battle with health. I painted on it when I started to see the light a few years later when finally a diagnosis was made and a direction for treatment was found.

The moon symbolises introspection, the loyal companion of the sun and the illuminated shadows.
